MISSION STATEMENT

The Magnolia Avenue Block Association, Inc. established September 1999 is dedicated, and committed to enhance the quality of life for all its neighbors and resident homeowners. The Board of Directors of the Magnolia Avenue Block Association, Inc. is empowered to plan, lead, organize, and control its affairs. We will ensure a quality of life for our residents of the highest standard. We will embrace the spirit of community and strive to form cooperative arrangements with Jersey City Civic Organizations, Corporations, and Businesses domiciled in Jersey City . We will develop relationships with Jersey City Policy-makers, and Jersey City Neighborhood Improvement Programs designed to enable us to enhance our community. We understand our social responsibility to the people that work here and to those that live here. We will coordinate our efforts to instill a sense ofcommunity unparalleled, with the idea that helping others will enrich our lives.
